Background/Aim. The Structured Inventory of Malingered Symptomatology (SIMS) is a self-report measure to be used with adults, which may utilized assess the potential malingering psychosis, neurologic impairment, amnesia, low intelligence, or affective disorder. aim study was examine discriminant validity SIMS under conditions simulating symptoms neurological and memory disorders, in response hypothetical situation, after watching recording an actual car accident motorcycle rider sustained head injuries. Methods. involved 94 students (35 men 59 women) from University Criminal Investigation Police Studies Belgrade Faculty Medicine ?
